⁠Impact of Your Donation: Every donation we get is a step closer to achieving a greener region and economy, you will be directly contributing to our cause of upcycling and will be responsible for keeping Shax alive
What We Accept: Most textiles are very helpful for us, you can donate a variety of items such as (Shirts, Jeans, Cardigans, Sweaters, jackets) from a variety of fabrics such as (Cotton, denim, linen, silk, wool, cashmere and even leather), and please make sure to indicate what you will be sending us in the form so we know what to expect.
Benefits for Donors: Aside from the satisfaction of personal contribution for sustainable fashion, every donor will get a 20% discount that can be used throughout the whole shop :)

How can I track my donation?: ⁠Immediately after you have filled in the form, one of our staff members will give you a call and arrange how we can collect the clothes from you in the best and fastest way we can
What is the minimum amount of clothes that I can donate?: ⁠Minimum amount is 5, although we encourage everyone to donate as much as they can, we cannot accept donations less than 5 pieces due to the cost of shipping that we take care of with every donation made.
What condition should the items be in?: We encourage for the items to be washed and clean, and free from hazardous material
Who takes care of the shipping?: We take care of the shipping and will accommodate any cost that comes your way throughout your donation process :)
